Work as Project Office Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Office Coordinator to help manage our upcoming projects, liaise with partners, and support day-to-day operations.

Important: This is not a salary-based opportunity at the start. Compensation will be provided later based on your contributions and the success of the projects you manage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and timelines with the team
  • Assist in partnership building with organizations and government bodies
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Communicate with stakeholders and ensure smooth project operations
  • Support fundraising and outreach efforts

  • Experience in NGO, community development, or project coordination (preferred)

UPECA – Project Office Coordinator Payment Structure (Project-Based)

1. Base Terms

  • This is a non-salaried position initially.
  • Payments will be made per project based on measurable contributions and milestones achieved.
  • All payments will be processed within 15 days after project completion or upon reaching an agreed milestone.

2. Payment Components

A. Project Coordination Fee (Fixed per project)

  • Small Project (Under PKR 1,400,000 budget)PKR 42,000 – PKR 70,000
  • Medium Project (PKR 1,400,000 – PKR 4,200,000 budget)PKR 84,000 – PKR 140,000
  • Large Project (Above PKR 4,200,000 budget)PKR 168,000 – PKR 280,000

B. Performance Bonus (Variable)

  • 5%–10% of project’s net surplus if project exceeds target outcomes.
  • Awarded based on:
    • Timely delivery of milestones
    • Positive stakeholder feedback
    • Achieving or exceeding KPIs (attendance, outreach, engagement, etc.)

C. Partnership & Fundraising Commission (If applicable)

  • 5% of funds raised through direct efforts (verified leads, proposals, or partnership agreements).

D. Travel & Communication Reimbursement (If applicable)

  • Reimbursement of approved expenses related to project meetings, field visits, and communications.

3. Payment Triggers
Payment will be released when:
✅ All assigned deliverables are completed
✅ Final project report is submitted and approved
✅ Partner or donor confirms satisfactory project completion


4. Example Scenario

If a coordinator manages a medium-sized cultural exchange project worth PKR 2,240,000:

  • Coordination Fee: PKR 112,000
  • Performance Bonus: PKR 70,000 (based on success metrics)
  • Fundraising Commission: PKR 56,000 (from PKR 1,120,000 raised via their outreach)
    Total Payment: PKR 238,000 for that project

Key Responsibilities
